24 Hour Cancellation &
Rescheduling Policy
CANELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
CARD ON FILE
A valid credit/debit card is required to book and hold all appointments.
NO SHOWS
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will also be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
Payment Options
While a card is required to secure your appointment, you may choose to pay any accepted form of payment at the time of service.
CREDIT USE
If the fee is charged due to a late cancellation, a service credit will be issued for the full amount paid. This credit must be used within 1 month of the original appointment date.
NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY CREDITS.
